Role OverviewThe Operations Manager will maintain responsibility for overall shift operations, production performance, equipment maintenance, and regulatory compliance. The role will involve maintaining facility and staff for regulatory compliance and safe behavior in accordance with all federal, state, local, and customer requirements.
What You Will Do
The Operations Manager will be responsible for maintaining facility operational documentation, accomplishing production staff results, maintaining staff, maintaining workflow, completing production plans, maintaining quality service, ensuring operation of equipment, providing manufacturing information, creating and revising systems and procedures, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of Facility Supervisory experience, 2 years of mechanical experience, and 5 years of construction equipment operational knowledge.
