Role OverviewThe Operations Manager is responsible for fulfilling the company's mission statement and overseeing various operational tasks assigned by store management. The role may also involve completing the duties of the Freight Coordinator and Visual Merchandiser based on business needs and/or store volume.
What You Will Do
The Operations Manager will perform various duties such as managing promotions, completing pulls and markdowns, monitoring layaway procedures, and answering store internal and external phone lines. They will also lead onboarding and selection activities, complete inventory reviews, and develop and maintain knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) software.

Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three months related retail experience and/or training
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Ability to lift and maneuver 50lbs throughout the store and backroom
