Role OverviewThe Operations Manager will oversee all aspects of branch operations, ensuring projects run smoothly from warehouse to job site, managing third-party installation vendors, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role directly supports the General Sales Manager in driving branch revenue while maintaining high-quality workmanship and service standards.
What You Will Do
The ideal candidate will support the branch GM in all aspects, manage and coach the operations team, lead educational meetings, address and resolve escalated customer issues, and perform site visits for service issues or to verify the quality of installation vendor's work.

Requirements
- 3+ years of related experience including experience driving performance and leading teams
- Experience within the home improvement industry preferred but not required
- Familiarity with diverse flooring products (hardwood, carpet, tile, laminate, etc.) is a plus
- BA/BS or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- Must possess a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Basic MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Must be able to effectively articulate and train one on one or small groups
