Role OverviewThe Operations Manager will be responsible for daily dispatching, load planning and monitoring, route utilization to achieve high service levels. Main customer contact. Major focus on DOT and safety compliance, monitoring preventative maintenance, KPI reporting, and payroll confirmation. Driver coaching for retention.
What You Will Do
Daily duties include confering with customers or supervising personnel, monitoring and responding to incoming communication, monitoring personnel and driver utilization, and scheduling or dispatching drivers to appropriate locations.

Requirements

- AS400, Omnitracs, TMW and Geotab experience preferred
- Strong relationship building skills
- Excellent organizational and planning skills

- Proficient in Microsoft products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
