This hands-on leader will be accountable for safe, efficient, and profitable operations, including financial performance, team engagement, customer satisfaction, and service excellence.
What You Will Do
The Operations Manager will oversee all aspects of branch operations, including field services, fleet maintenance, and facility management. They will champion a safety-first culture, develop and implement operational efficiencies, build and mentor a skilled team, and manage branch P&L, budgets, and operational plans.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
- 5+ years of operations management experience in an industrial services, environmental, or related branch-based business
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on, collaborative approach
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance, particularly in a DOT-regulated environment
- Proficiency in O365 tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, etc.)
- Familiarity with PowerBI and or Salesforce a plus
