The Operations Manager will oversee all aspects of branch operations, including field services, fleet maintenance, and facility management. They will champion a safety-first culture, develop and implement operational efficiencies, and build, mentor, and manage a skilled team.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
- 5+ years of operations management experience in an industrial services, environmental, or related branch-based business
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on, collaborative approach
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance, particularly in a DOT-regulated environment
- Proficiency in O365 tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, etc.)
- Familiarity with PowerBI and/or Salesforce a plus
