Operations Manager

As part of the Contract Logistics team, you will play a key role in designing, managing, and optimizing solutions that keep goods moving efficiently. You will supervise and develop the performance of your team, drive a culture of belonging, and implement strategies to ensure the highest quality of work and meet or exceed KPIs.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of progressive management experience in a warehousing, distribution, manufacturing, or 3PL environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
• Proven track record of leading leaders, including the development and management of supervisors and cross-functional operational teams.
• Demonstrated success managing operations with a workforce of approximately 75-200 associates across multiple departments.
• Previous operations leadership experience within a multi-client 3PL environment strongly preferred.
• Strong record of driving employee engagement, operational performance, and creating opportunities for team growth and development.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and Continuous Process Improvement methodologies, with experience implementing operational improvements.
• Minimum 2 years of Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience; Blue Yonder experience is a plus.
• At least 3 years of experience in a distribution, manufacturing, or logistics environment.
• Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
