What You Will Do
Oversee operations across HVAC, electrical, and plumbing divisions, ensuring efficiency and profitability. Own financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management. Monitor and analyze KPIs to drive operational improvements and achieve company goals.

Requirements

- Strong analytical skills with experience monitoring KPIs and implementing process improvements
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multi-location operations and scale teams effectively
- Knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements
