Role OverviewThe Operations Manager supports the Project Director in the day-to-day management and operational execution of the task order. The Operations Manager oversees staffing, recruitment, consultant and subcontractor coordination, travel and logistics, security compliance, work planning, deliverable tracking, and administrative support functions across all task order activities.
What You Will Do
The incumbent will oversee the day-to-day operational management, ensure effective coordination of staffing, resources, schedules, reporting requirements, and administrative processes. The position will also lead recruitment, onboarding, deployment, and management of technical experts, consultants, enumerators, third-party monitors, surge personnel, and embedded staff supporting task order activities.

Requirements
- Master's degree in business administration, international development, public administration, project management, international affairs, or a related field
- Minimum seven years of progressively responsible experience supporting U.S. Government contracts, international development programs, foreign assistance activities, or complex multi-country projects
- Active Secret-level clearance required
