Role OverviewThe Operations Manager is responsible for the overall management of the Customer Service, Scheduling, and Shipping department. They will monitor and support the respective departments with orders, inventory management, and expediting schedules and shipments. The Operations Manager will also supervise the workforce, ensuring customer requirements are met, and make changes and/or adjustments to the team as needed.
What You Will Do
The Operations Manager will take and process orders, address customer inquiries and complaints, and supervise the workforce. They will also attend production/scheduling meetings, review and ensure department goals/requirements are met, and work with the CS and Shipping teams to ensure correct re-order quantities and items are being put into inventory.

Requirements
- Ten years' experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the corrugated container industry
- Computer literate in MS Excel and MS Word, MS Teams, MS Outlook
- Multi-year experience using AMTECH Software, fully proficient
- Familiar with WebCenter, Mill Wide and CTI Software
