Role OverviewWe are seeking an Operations Manager to manage shipping and production employees, establish schedules, and coordinate with the corporate purchasing team. The Operations Manager will be responsible for direct supervision of employees and will have additional duties as required. This role is part of Hanes Geo Components, a leading distributor of geosynthetics, erosion control, and soil stabilization products.
What You Will Do
The Operations Manager will manage shipping and production employees, establish a shipping, receiving, and production schedule daily, establish inbound/outbound logistics daily, and coordinate with the corporate purchasing team for material planning.

Requirements
- Proven successful warehouse and production management or supervisory experience
- Adequate computer skills for ticket printing, inventory tracking, shipping reporting, and employee time reporting
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite- or comparable systems
- Math skills for production calculations
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic forklift knowledge is a plus
