Role OverviewThe Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of the shipping, receiving, and production processes at Hanes Geo Components in Butner, NC. This includes managing employees, establishing schedules, and coordinating with the corporate purchasing team. The Operations Manager will also direct supervision of employees and perform additional duties as required.

Manage shipping and production employees, establish shipping, receiving, and production schedules daily, coordinate with the corporate purchasing team for material planning, and direct supervision of employees.

- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or comparable systems
