Role OverviewThe Operations Manager will assist the Facility Manager in the daily operations of the service center. This colleague also assumes the responsibilities of the Facility Manager in their absence. The Operations Manager will ensure safety policies and procedures are being adhered to by all employees, set schedules based on customer demand, and ensure all jobs are completed on time while maintaining quality.
What You Will Do
The Operations Manager will perform various tasks, including training employees, distributing work, rectifying problems, monitoring housekeeping, maintaining a working knowledge of the company's contingency plan, controlling supplies and chemicals, conducting waste and water management activities, and communicating with customers.

Requirements
