Role OverviewAs an Operations Manager, you will oversee all transportation and facility operations to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient processing of regulated medical waste. You will lead and develop team members, manage routing and warehouse activities, maintain fleet and equipment readiness, and ensure customer service excellence across assigned regions.
What You Will Do
Complete routine scheduled preventative maintenance, manage transportation and processing operations, ensure supplies and equipment are staged, coordinate fleet and equipment maintenance, perform quality control checks, monitor and report operational KPIs, support customer service, manage state permits and regulatory compliance, hire and train staff, and oversee budget and P&L performance.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or appropriate combination of education and experience
- 3–5 years of management experience (required)
- Experience in transportation management in a fast-paced JIT environment
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing needs
- Class D Chauffeur’s License required; CDL preferred/required per company standards
- Knowledge of Regulated Medical Waste, Pharmaceutical Waste, Hazardous Waste, Universal Waste, and Municipal Solid Waste/Recycling
