Role OverviewThe Operations Manager is responsible for planning, delivering, and promoting services that meet client needs within a specific regional or geographical location, while providing strategic solutions to clients and reducing their costs to operate. The role requires a strong technical background in NDT, with a particular emphasis on Radiographic Testing (RT).
What You Will Do
Support the efficient and profitable delivery of technical services, manage financial performance, ensure service excellence, and perform business development. This includes hiring and managing staff, scheduling manpower, ensuring compliance with safety and quality programs, preparing price estimates, and approving technical training recommendations.

Requirements
- Strong technical background in NDT
- Strong technical background in RT
- Demonstrated ability to effectively perform assigned NDT tasks and interpret results of inspections
- Knowledge of NDT equipment
- Technical background in API 510/570/653 preferred
- CWI/NCCER/NACE certifications a plus
- Strong managerial skills with the ability to interact effectively with staff at all levels
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills to manage difficult customer interactions
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
