Role OverviewAs Operations Manager, you'll provide leadership and strategic oversight to keep our wood fiber insulation production running safely, efficiently, and consistently. You'll work through a strong Production Supervisor and Operations team, and your success will be measured by the team you build and the numbers you hit.

Your day-to-day will include leading with safety first, coaching and developing Supervisors and Operations Team Members, partnering cross-functionally with other teams, and driving a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in a continuous manufacturing environment
- 3–5 years of experience managing and developing people, with 2–6 direct reports
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Power, or a related field
- Familiarity with OSHA industrial safety programs and NFPA requirements for combustible dust
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Excellent communication skills — comfortable presenting to executives just as easily as coaching on the floor
- Comfort with MS Office, mill execution systems, and control systems
