The Operations Manager will oversee agronomy operations, provide leadership and direction to agronomy employees, manage daily agronomy operations, and support grain operations as needed.

Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- 4+ years of experience in Operations and/or Business Operations
- Prior leadership experience with progressively advancing level of leadership responsibilities
