Role OverviewThe Operations Manager will partner with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to support daily operations, oversee multiple departments, and lead pre-shift meetings. They will be a visible, hands-on leader on the floor, supporting guest experience and ensuring all areas are clean, organized, and safe.
What You Will Do
The Operations Manager will be responsible for building schedules, learning paths, and mentorships for team members, monitoring inventory and supplies, and operating POS systems. They will also handle opening and closing duties, respond to incidents or injuries, and complete required documentation.
