Job Description
Operations Manager oversees and directs the planning, organizing, training, and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service, and more.

Requirements

  • Promote and act in a manner consistent with the mission of Goodfellas Pizzeria and Wiseguy Lounge
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations
  • Monitor and maintain cash and other receipts
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints
  • Coordinate food preparation and delivery
  • Monitor budgets and payroll records
  • Maintain food and equipment inventories
  • Schedule staff hours and assign duties
  • Establish standards for personnel performance and customer service
  • Plan menus and food utilization
  • Organize and direct worker training programs
  • Order and purchase equipment and supplies
  • Review work procedures and operational problems
  • Assess staffing needs and recruit staff
  • Arrange for equipment maintenance and repairs
  • Record sales and analyze recipes
  • Attend employee meetings and offer suggestions
  • Coordinate with fellow employees to meet guests' needs
  • Fill-in for fellow employees as needed
