Requirements
Train, coach, and mentor team to develop consistent and Best in Class execution and customer service.
Oversee the development and execution of individual development plans for each direct and indirect report.
Ensure all areas are staffed according to budget and maximized for customer needs.
Responsible for monitoring store wage and expense control programs.
Provide guidance and oversight for Customer related issues.
In conjunction with Loss Prevention Lead, oversee efforts to reduce shrink activity through education, awareness, and compliance.
