Job Description
The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the landscape and snow services business within a designated territory. This includes deploying crews, equipment, and materials, providing training and development, and adjusting plans in real-time. The manager will also be responsible for leading crews, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring quality control and safety. The role requires a valid U.S. driver's license, DOT Medical Card, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in landscape and/or commercial snow and ice management.

Requirements

  • Valid U.S. driver’s license (CDL preferred)
  • Valid DOT Medical Card or Ability to obtain one before first day of employment
  • Minimum 5 years of landscape and/or commercial snow & ice management experience
  • Proven ability to operate Landscape & snow equipment
  • Experience directly managing crews of 5 or more team members
  • Demonstrated ability to diagnose and solve operational problems in real time
  • Ability to work long, irregular hours during storms
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test
