Job Description
Acacia Facility Services is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of their landscape and snow services business. The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing crews, equipment, and materials, as well as providing training and development to team members. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in landscape and commercial snow management, as well as the ability to operate equipment and manage crews of 5 or more team members.

Requirements

  • Valid U.S. driver's license (CDL preferred, but not required unless specified)
  • Valid DOT Medical Card or Ability to obtain one before first day of employment
  • Minimum 5 years of landscape and/or commercial snow & ice management experience
  • Proven ability to operate Landscape & snow equipment
  • Experience directly managing crews of 5 or more team members, including equipment operators, drivers, landscape crews
  • Demonstrated ability to diagnose and solve operational problems in real time
  • Ability to work long, irregular hours during storms (overnights, weekends, holidays as needed)
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test
