Job Description
Operations Manager job at Acacia Facility Services. Manage daily operations of landscape & snow services business, lead crews, ensure quality control & safety, and maintain clear communication with leadership. Must have 5+ years of experience in landscape and/or commercial snow & ice management.

Requirements

  • Valid U.S. driver’s license (CDL preferred, but not required unless specified)
  • Valid DOT Medical Card or Ability to obtain one before first day of employment
  • Minimum 5 years of landscape and/or commercial snow & ice management experience
  • Proven ability to operate Landscape & snow equipment
  • Experience directly managing crews of 5 or more team members, including equipment operators, drivers, landscape crews
  • Demonstrated ability to diagnose and solve operational problems in real time
  • Ability to work long, irregular hours during storms (overnights, weekends, holidays as needed)
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work outdoors in harsh winter & summer conditions for extended periods
  • Ability to climb in and out of heavy equipment safely
