Job Description
The Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center (ARC) is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily activities, supervise personnel, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment. The Operations Manager will be responsible for monitoring and managing key performance indicators, developing logistics and production plans, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.

Requirements

  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • One or more years of paid experience in a warehouse role managing hourly employees
  • Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of organization staff
  • Current valid driver’s license
  • Ability to pass background check
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
