Role OverviewThe Outbound Manager manages and coordinates the outbound logistics of an individual client location under supervision of the General Manager. They partner with current motor carriers and a pipeline of potential motor carriers to maintain client capacity. This position conducts operational analyses, and audits current outbound procedures to monitor and improve the efficiency of operations and client satisfaction.
What You Will Do
Responsible for consistently meeting and exceeding client service goals, overseeing daily outbound operations, and ensuring compliance with company, client, local, state, and federal policies and regulations.

Must have 2-4 years of distribution, and/or supply chain operations with at least 2 years of managerial experience, and be proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
- 2-4 years of distribution, and/or supply chain operations with at least 2 years of managerial experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel
- Ability to complete work in a timely, accurate, and thorough manner
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to exhibit a professional demeanor when dealing with conflict
- Ability to coach and develop employees
- Reliable transportation to commute to the workplace and attend client meetings as necessary
