Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent required
4+ years of experience in customer service, call center, or related field
Healthcare industry experience preferred
Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
Proficiency with phone systems and reporting tools
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive efficiency, and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Solid operational and financial acumen
Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and maintain composure under pressure
Experience managing multiple sites and leading complex operational workflows
