Requirements

  • Proficiency with phone systems and reporting tools
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive efficiency, and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Solid operational and financial acumen
  • Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and maintain composure under pressure
  • Experience managing multiple sites and leading complex operational workflows
