Job Description
The Chatwal, New York is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for a taskforce assignment to support Housekeeping and Front Office teams during a transitional period.

Requirements

  • Provide hands-on leadership to Housekeeping and Front Office teams, upholding The Chatwal’s elevated luxury standards
  • Ensure guest rooms, public spaces, and arrival experiences reflect the hotel’s refined aesthetic and Forbes-level expectations
  • Oversee daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and labor management across both departments
  • Partner with hotel leadership to support guest satisfaction, service consistency, and operational excellence
  • Maintain strong communication with Engineering, Sales, and Revenue teams to support occupancy and guest needs
  • Address guest concerns with discretion, professionalism, and a personalized approach
  • Ensure compliance with brand, safety, and cleanliness standards consistent with The Luxury Collection
  • Identify opportunities to refine processes and enhance the guest journey
