Job Description
The Operations & Management Consultant II will serve as the Communication Coordinator for the Division of Early Learning, responsible for coordinating communication activities, developing public relations strategies, and managing social media and online communications platforms.

Requirements

  • 4 years of professional experience in communications in a leadership role
  • Bachelor's degree in communications or public relations
  • Strong project and process management skills
  • Deep knowledge of public relations, journalism, mass communications, news reporting, editing, advertising, and marketing principles
  • Skilled in AP style and adaptable to writing across multiple formats and audiences
  • Excellent research skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and synthesize information into logical formats for reports and presentations
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively
  • Adept at problem identification, solution development, and process improvement
