Role OverviewThe Operations Officer will be a core member of the AFEDE unit, providing high-quality analytics and operational support to inform regional management decision-making and support operational teams across AFE. The unit provides proactive operational services focused on strategic advice, and guidance to staff and regional management and works closely with the Verticals and CMUs in delivering and managing the pipeline and portfolio of the region.
What You Will Do
Specific duties include: operational reviews, implementation support, IDA allocations and monitoring, AFE Risk Secretariat support, analytics and decision-support, operational learning, training, and staff mentoring.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- At least 3 years of experience in operations, analytics, or a related field
- Familiarity with MPAs is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
