Role OverviewThe Operations Performance Data Specialist will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, preventing inventory shrinkage, and supporting a secure warehouse or retail environment. This role focuses on identifying discrepancies, monitoring inventory movement, and implementing best practices to reduce theft, errors, and waste while ensuring operational efficiency.
What You Will Do
Monitor live and recorded video feeds, identify and investigate discrepancies, monitor inventory transactions, identify and report suspicious activity, and work with management to develop and enforce inventory control procedures.

Requirements
