Job Description
The New York City Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) is seeking a highly motivated Operations Planning and Performance Advisor to provide analytical and operational support to the Executive Director of Metering Operations.
Requirements
Analyze metering and operational data to support workforce planning, scheduling, and performance metrics.
Prepare reports, summaries, and dashboards for management review.
Track procurement actions, assist with contract scopes, and assemble supporting documentation
Support inventory oversight by tracking stock levels, usage trends, and materials needs.
Monitor overtime usage, prepare summaries, and identify patterns.
Coordinate project timelines, maintain trackers, and follow up on outstanding items.
Draft and edit internal communications, memos, and documentation as required.
Perform related administrative and analytical tasks to support metering operations.
