Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Operations Management, Operations Research, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field
- Two years of progressively responsible experience in business intelligence, data analysis, business analysis, statistical analysis, operations analysis, process improvement, or related area of assignment
- Proficient use of Power BI, Excel, Microsoft Fabric, and enterprise data sources
- Strong understanding of relational database concepts, data relationships, data quality, and reporting logic; SQL experience preferred
- Ability to translate business and operational needs into dashboards, data models, requirements, process maps, performance measures, and practical analytical tools
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, documentation, data visualization, and business process analysis skills
- Strong understanding of statistical concepts and analytical methods, including sample design, stratified sampling, variance, confidence intervals, energy usage analysis, and appropriate interpretation of results
- Working knowledge of practical operations analysis concepts such as work volume, process flow, handoffs, constraints, cycle time, prioritization, resource needs, and scenario comparison preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work directly with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, leadership, and technical partners
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC, process mapping, root cause analysis, or continuous improvement methods preferred
- Experience with R or Python a plus
