Role OverviewThe Operations Scheduler will manage the schedule board, assign technicians to service calls and installations, and balance labor across service and installation work based on territory needs. This role plays a key part in optimizing technician utilization, minimizing service delays, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Manage the schedule board, assign technicians, balance labor, monitor and resolve scheduling conflicts, serve as primary contact for technicians, communicate with customers, and maintain established response and scheduling timelines.

Requirements
- High school diploma or (GED) equivalent, with college or trade school preferred
- Proficient in the use of a computer and related software (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and be detailed oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Basic math skills
- Ability to perform duties with a sense of urgency, exceeding customer expectations
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
