Job Description
As a Service Supervisor at CITY Furniture, you will manage the deluxing process, team performance, and adherence to standardized work. You will provide one-on-one coaching, training, and conduct performance reviews. Your primary responsibility will be to own problem-solving activities, motivate and coach associates, and prepare and meet with associates and team leaders to discuss deviations from standard work.

Requirements

  • Owns problem solving activities in order to identify root causes of the problem to set the right countermeasures in order to enhance productivity.
  • Motivates and coaches associates by providing regular feedback to develop skills, improve weaknesses, and enhance strengths.
  • Prepares and meets with associates and team leaders to discuss any deviations from standard work.
