Role OverviewThe Operations Services Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of a Bureau of Administrative Reviews (BAR) field office, ensuring efficient and effective operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, customer service skills, and the ability to analyze data and policies to create reports. They will supervise and manage the performance of multiple subordinates, lead a team by example, and identify areas for continual improvement and additional training.

The Operations Services Manager will oversee the office's day-to-day operations, track and monitor hearing caseloads, communicate with stakeholders, analyze office data, and create reports. They will also supervise and manage subordinates, lead a team, and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements
- At least three (3) years of management experience supervising subordinates
- At least five (5) years of customer service experience dealing with complaints, inquiries, and problem resolution
- Experience related to administrative hearings
- Experience interpreting and applying laws, rules, regulations, policies and procedures
- Associate or bachelor’s degree
- Valid driver’s license in good standing
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
