Job Description
The Operations Specialist will mentor staff, act as a back-up for the Operations Supervisor, and perform various duties related to customer service, deposit processing, and training. The role requires a customer service-oriented individual with exceptional communication skills, organizational abilities, and experience in banking regulations.

Requirements

  • Expert in deposit processing duties including cash handling and teller drawer balancing.
  • Assists in training and coaching new and existing staff members.
