Role OverviewOperations Specialist I is a systems-based support role within the fulfillment operation. This position supports department leadership by helping coordinate daily activity, guiding employees, monitoring department performance, and using reports/data to identify opportunities for improvement.
What You Will Do
Provide guidance and direction to department employees during daily operations, monitor employee output, order flow, department progress, and operational performance, and prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly reporting related to output, accuracy, labor usage, and department results.

Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of consecutive experience with coordination/lead support in logistics, warehouse, fulfillment, or similar operations
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college or technical training preferred
- Experience using warehouse systems, reporting tools, labor reports, or operational tracking systems
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to review data and identify performance trends
- Strong professional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong follow-up, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and operational reporting preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced fulfillment center environment
