B&H is seeking an Operations Specialist II to support department performance through data analysis, problem solving, and oversight of daily execution. The successful candidate will have a strong analytical capability, sound decision-making, and consistent follow through to support department results.

Requirements

  • Drive daily department execution to meet accuracy, volume, and service expectations
  • Monitor and analyze performance using WMS, labor systems, and operational reporting tools
  • Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve operational challenges
  • Provide direction to employees and reinforce accountability for performance
  • Assist with shift planning, labor allocation, and real-time adjustments based on business needs
