Role OverviewWe're looking for a dependable Overnight Operations Specialist (Driver) to support fleet operations across New York City. In this role, you'll drive a company van throughout NYC during overnight hours, repositioning e-scooters/e-bikes, swapping batteries, and ensuring vehicles are safe, charged, and ready for riders by morning.
What You Will Do
Safely operate a company vehicle using app-based routing across NYC, load, unload, and transport scooters and e-bikes, rebalance fleet from low-demand to high-demand areas, swap batteries, perform basic diagnostics, clean and disinfect vehicles, stage and organize vehicles in warehouse locations, conduct routine checks on company vehicles, collaborate with team members, and assist with testing and quality assurance.
