Operations Specialist I

The Operations Specialist I is responsible for efficient workflow throughout the Operations department. Maintains good working knowledge and ability to provide coverage on select desks within the department.

What You Will Do

Responsible for making internal entries on a daily basis, corresponds with customers and vendors, researches and follows through with requests for offsetting entries with correspondent banks, assists with information gathering for audits and examinations, processes verification requests.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, or equivalent
• 1-2 years' experience as a teller or similar role in a retail banking environment
• Ability to 10-key quickly and accurately
• Experience with Jack Henry products (preferred)
