Job Description
The Operations Specialist will develop rapport with customer and facility contacts, build and schedule shipments, and manage the load board to ensure the fluid operation of select accounts. The role requires strategic thinking, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills to maximize revenue, streamline operational processes, and meet customer service and acceptance KPIs.

Requirements

  • Relevant supply chain, sales, or customer service experience
  • Logistics experience preferred but not required
  • Proven track record of managing accounts, building shipments, tracking shipments, and being a high performer
