Role OverviewThe Operations Specialist is a seasoned property management professional responsible for overseeing the operations of sites in our MO/IL portfolio. This position demonstrates longevity, effectiveness, and leadership within the organization.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include overseeing community operations, supervising the leasing team, conducting property tours, and managing lease agreements. You will also address tenant concerns, maintain excellent customer service, and coordinate property maintenance and vendor services.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in property management with a demonstrated history of strong performance
- Proven experience leading site operations and supervising onsite teams
- Demonstrated ability to mentor peers and support leadership initiatives
- Experience with Yardi Voyager
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability build relationships
- Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
- Excellent time management skills; detail-oriented and thorough
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Self‐starter comfortable working in an environment with evolving roles and responsibilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
