Role OverviewThe Operations Specialist will work around the elevator dumping trucks, grading grain, cleaning bins, doing routine maintenance, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires working extended hours during peak seasons to meet business demands. The successful candidate will have a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include carrying out general labor responsibilities promptly and efficiently, developing and maintaining knowledge of commodities handled at the location, working with customers in a courteous and professional manner, preparing trucks and railcars for loading/unloading, and controlling and monitoring all load out functions.
