Operations Specialist

Requirements

• Maintain and analyze basic program data
• Support the Program Manager with tracking program metrics
• Prepare routine client and internal reports and communications
• Enter, update, and track customer data in internal systems
• Communicate with customers about program eligibility by email and phone
• Support team workflows by meeting deadlines and following established processes
• Attend team or client meetings to share updates and follow up on action items
