Job Description
The SUM Operations Specialist's primary role is to provide support for the SUM operations team and streamline SUM operations processes. This role involves day-to-day logistical management of SUM projects, requests, and compilation of utility records/as-builts.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in utility or civil fields
Strong critical thinking and trouble shooting skills
Excellent computer skills and proficiency with MS Office products
Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment and multitask
Strong written/verbal communication skills and attention to detail
Self-motivated and good time management skills
Ability to communicate and manage project staff and build relationships
