As an Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in 24/7 operations, serving U.S. government missions. This role falls under Global Security Operations Center Operator within our compensation framework.
What You Will Do
Monitor IT mission equipment, provide basic troubleshooting skills, and act as escalation manager liaison between operations and support elements. You will also prepare operations procedures, conduct routine project status meetings, and facilitate the creation of document deliverables.

Requirements
- Minimum High School and four (4) years' experience working in a team environment.
- Must have a current and active DoD Top Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI.
