Job Description
The Stadium Event Operations Manager will focus on enhancing gameday logistics and events for both guests and team members. They will facilitate collaborative planning with internal and external stakeholders to promote the M&T Bank Stadium common purpose and quality standards, ensuring Security and Safety is paramount.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in sports, events, hospitality, or facility management, MBA is a plus.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in managing facilities/events, team members and contractual partners.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and demonstrated experience with planning, budgeting, setting up and executing events.
