Role OverviewProvides leadership and direction to ensure the safe, compliant, reliable, and optimized operation of a process unit. Oversees daily plant operations, develops team capability, and ensures achievement of performance, operational, and regulatory objectives.
What You Will Do
Lead and promote a strong safety culture, conduct safety audits, participate in incident investigations, and ensure corrective actions are completed. Provide leadership and direction to the Unit Manufacturing Team, establish priorities, and achieve operational goals.

- Minimum 7 years of operations experience

- ERT/IMT qualified
