Job Description
UT Southwestern is seeking an Operations Supervisor for the Centralized Patient Access Services (CPAS) team. This role provides complex operational support and supervision to ensure high-quality customer satisfaction and resolution.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent or Bachelor's Degree
  • 5 years of relevant healthcare and/or contact center experience with High School Diploma or 2 years of relevant healthcare and/or contact center experience with Bachelor's Degree
