Job Description
Penske Logistics is seeking an Operations Supervisor to provide leadership at one of our warehousing operations, driving process improvement and leading change. The Operations Supervisor will provide direction to staff, ensuring customer requirements are achieved while meeting Penske goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to drive process improvement and lead change
  • Relevant experience and skills in logistics and supply chain management
  • Leadership and supervisory experience
  • Ability to motivate and engage associates
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of logistics operations, including customer service, freight loading and unloading, dispatch, and procedure control
  • Ability to evaluate and recommend changes in work methods to increase productivity
  • Working knowledge of warehouse operating systems and ability to ensure operational compliance
